Default Whey Protein Isolate

I know I wrote this on the other board, but just in case. Anyway I was taking whey protein before and I was fine, except I get bloated right after I finish. It was not until I read some where that chinese are 93% lactose intolerant which I am a part of, so therefore I deduced that I am most probably lactose intolerant and that's why i get bloated. But the main thing is, is it true that taking optimum nutrition whey protein isolate is the way to go if i ma lactose intolerant?

Any protein isolation is lactose free. The protein I take on the label says its lactose free. I do know most people can not tolerate dairy to a certain degree. Some people just feel it more than others.

if whey concentrates give you trouble, then yes you should do better with an isolate
