What does everyone think about this product, seems gd to me, fair amounbt of protein & carbs, low sugars and low fat.

Could be ok if the sugars are low...But I would be willing to bet it costs an arm and a leg if it is made by SUCKtech...

do yourself a favor and don't get Muscletech. Overpriced, overhyped, and generally not even of the highest quality and content.

You can probally find a alternative, for cheaper, just google it..


Remember with high Corporations like those of Sucktech a chain of events happens

1. Government rapes them and taxes the balls off company
2. They rework there products to make em, cheaper to produce
3. Quality of product goes down , cause ingriedents they buy are of less quality
4. They constantly put out products that have lil or no research, to match competetors

Not all companys but lots of them

what would you suggest then , I'm looking for something taht isnt too high in priotein and has lots of complex carbs witha small amout of fat.
