Angry Never EVER mix creatine with Coca Cola!

Today when I was taking my usual amount of creatine I was in a mood for coke, but you know how it tastes after half a gallon water...So I opened my ˝ liter cola and put 5 g of creatine down and hell was unleashed.
The bottle launched a wave of coke right into my face and it kept coming out but I somehow managed to close the bottle. That didn't do it either, the cork couldn't stand the pressure and eventhough it was strongly affected it flew out through my window, and the coke kept jumping like from a fountain all over my bed, keyboard and my clothes that I was planning to put on for my trip to firenze on saturday. By the end of the show the bottle had allmost been emptied only leaving something at the bottom.

So I hope that you have learned your lesson for today kids...
NEVER MIX CREATINE WITH SODA

Not to mention, creatine rapidly turns to creatanine when mixed with an acidic liquid. Coke and other sodas are suprisingly acidic, they have a ph value of 3-4.

I dont know about creatine and caffeine working against each other. I think that totally depends on the person.
I know quite a few people that use no-xplode or other creatine and caffeine containing products and have no problems with feeling the effects of both compounds..

1.Caffeine, dehydrates your body
2. Drinking soda dosent sound like a good thing to be drinking period
3. Creatine can cause bloat already, why would you mix it with something thats goin to put you into a more gaseous state.

grape juice
water

Likewise, a liquid with a high PH level will convert it slower, and it supposively stops converting if you reach a PH level of 12. That is why new forms of creatine like Kre-alkalyn are emerging. Kre-alkalyn is said to be "ph buffered" so it will not turn to creatinine.
