Default weigth gain -- 2yrs

Hello,

I have been working very hard for 2 years and gained only 20 pounds which is less that 1 pound per month after such a hard work. I recently started creatine 1 week back.

I have bad habbit of masterbating once everyday. I want to make sure, does this cause problem in weight gain, stamina problem etc. If that is the case, i have to reduce that.

If jerking it caused reduced gains we would all be 98lbs! You are fine......
