Default Any good recipes?

Does anyone have any good Weight gaining mixtures that I could throw in a shaker and has a calories 700+g?

not really to throw into your shaker but you might enjoy it you will
enjoy these sweet muffins for breakfast, dessert, and snacks. Vegetarian, corn-free, wheat-free.

This recipe makes 1 dozen muffins.

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup canola or corn oil
1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup honey
2 eggs
2 medium bananas, mashed
1 3/4 cup spelt flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup non-fat yogurt

Optional: 1 cup chopped pecans and 1/2 cup chocolate or carob chips.

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Beat oil, applesauce, and eggs until light and fluffy.
3. Stir in bananas.
4. Stir in flour and baking soda.
5. Add and stir in yogurt, pecans, and chocolate chips.
6. Oil a muffin tin or insert cupcake liners.
7. Pour in batter and bake for 30 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Makes 1 dozen muffins.

The best thing to put in a shaker in my opinion is oats. If you have a coffee grinder then run them through that and put them in with your shake. If you are going to use a blender (best), then you can just put the oats in whole, add a banana, milk, whey, frozen berries, peanut butter, really anything else that you have laying around that might be good
