Exclamation Creatine and diet? does it work

i've just started working out again..i'm doing alot of cardio, 2 mile run, mile swim, 5 mile bike , about 5 nights a week. i'm trying to lose weight or at least fat. i'm going to add a weight routine into my workout and i was considering using creatine to improve muscle mass. i have heard you gain alot of weight from creatine, i know it is mostly from water and muscle gains..but i don't want to get huge..i'm only about 5'6", but i want a good ripped look. should i stay off creatine or use it...or is there anything else i should use..

How much do you weigh now? I would say split your cardio days. M-W-F and lift T-TH-S. Dang that's alot of cardio I wish I have that much energy!!!

I think hes saying use the creatine now, but make sure you have a good diet, because if your diet is no good, the creatine will be a waste.
