practically none. There may be 1 gram, but that is prob pushing it. That is not their creatine supplement, thats why they sell cellmass.

dont use no explode as a creatine supplement. if you want creatine get the cell mass that bsn sells. the no explode is a nitric oxide supplememt which is pretty much like a pre workout energy drink.
