Default No-xplode

Hi - I am 3 weeks into lifting for more bulk...I decided to try this NO-XPLODE basically because it was recommended at GNC as a safe 1st trial working with creatine. I originally went the to buy Xyience but was talked out of it. I am however noticing a difference. Nothing major bug slightly bigger chest, arms, triceps, thighs, etc...

I want to stay SAFE yet I think I want to try something that might build me a little quicker AND allow me to push myself a little harder (Maybe I am just rushing things?)

Can I get some opinions on NO-XPLODE or if anyone thinks I should try something else, please do tell - I am just trying to stay away from anything that might make me break out. Is it to soon for me to try straight Creatine? And if not, what will the benifits be if I do??

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

MITM

I've been on the NO-XPLODE for 3 weeks now - just about out (maybe 1 week left) so I figure no is a good time to decide if I want to stick with it or switch to something a bit more serious. It does have creatine in it but i'm sure not like a pure form might...this is all VERY confussing to me. So many things and so many different opinions - I just want good workouts and eventually I want to see results...I'm not really going for "mr. bulk" but more for muscular /nicely cut look. I really concentrate on each excersize as far as form, breathing and a slow pace for extra burn.

You would do better with CE2 (it is Creatine Ethyl Ester BTW). It is expensive, but so is NO X-plode. I love it and I think it is more of what you want. It will help push you a little harder in the gym and it will help add a little size. NO products are not really for size....they are more for pump....I would go with CE2, but there are alot of alternatives for Creatine Ethyl Ester so just do a search for 'bulk CEE' if you are concerned about price.
