Angry Kinda worried?

Alright well, its been a wihle, and from where I began I was 280 lbs.

I am a 6'1 guy and about 2 years ago I was inching a little over 280. Now I'm 215 lbs, which still isnt anywhere near 10% bf, but I'm sure I can attain it within perhaps 6-8 months.

That being said, I'm woried about putting on muscle mass.

You try so hard to lose all this weight, but then you go off the diet to eat 4500 calories a day?

Now- I don't know about most of you, but I can put on weight easily if I wanted, will that come to my advantage?

Should I be worried about becoming a fat ass again if I do a mass diet?

This is all so confusing.

im currently trying to cut down on body fat while gaining muscle mass and im pretty much just cutting down a lil on carbs and loading up on lean meat, 3 lift days, 1 cardio and 3 rests in between

I was 276lbs and today i'm 185lbs and I did it all through a good diet and exercise routine.
Best way to keep it off, DON'T eat 4500cal a day..

I think there is a misconception about bulk diet. A bulk diet does not mean over eating to gain as much weight as possible in a short period of time. It just means you will be eating little more over time and gain weight slowly, so I agree don't jump to 4500 calories.

Well right now I still have about 15+% body fat, so I still think I need to cut up more.

When I'm around 10, I am going to go on a bulk diet and I want to aim for a 2500-3000 calorie diet for a month.

And after those two weeks, I'm going to aim for a 3500 calorie diet for one month.

And then? Who knows.

But if my weight gaining is any indication, I think putting on muscle won't be so hard.

I also do a ridiculous amount of cardio. I go 60 minutes.

First 20 minutes on a treadmill at the highest incline at speed 4 - which burns around 360 calories,

The next 20 minutes I go on the bike and HITT that sucker and get close to 300 calories.

And the final 20 I go on the elliptical for a good burn down at level 10 which takes a good old 220.

I do this whole thing TWICE a day.

THAT IS AWESOME !
I don't have time enough to do that in a day but between walking 2 miles a day, lifting and HIIT-ing the stairs or eliptical 5 days a week I am probably burning 200 (waliking) 300 (stairs/eliptical) 200(lifting) and i can't loose a frickin pound! not tomention my diet is clean as a whistle what gives?

Well they say eat 8 meals a day...

I eat 10 meals a day.

It can be as small as a loaf of bread.

But just space em out REALLY well.

And try eating all carbs before 12, load up before then with whole wheat, and then after that boom it with protein shakes, etc. (BTW try one shake with one scoop).
