juggalo24 has a spectacular aura about
Default Sans V12 Turbo

Hey everyone

I am looking for something to give me energy for more pumps during lifting and help with overall energy for cardio sessions.

Aside from the energy I want something that will promote muscle growth, and won't add on any fat.

After researching I think Sans V12 Turbo does both of these things better than similar supplements like No-Explode.

I have read positive reviews from most people that have taken V12 Turbo, if you think it's a good choice let me know, if you think another supplement would better meet my goals please also let me know.

The price I found it for is around $35 for 625 grams. Anyone know a cheaper site for purchasing? if so let me know.

-------------------
WHey Protein

I know I need to take in more protein, so I was going to get a Whey Protein to help muscle growth, but I was concered about taking in to much amino acids since V12 contains these as does Whey Protein.

I found the following disclaimer...
With any amino acid containing product, overdose is a possibility. Dosing with too much arginine can lead to diarrhea, weakness and nausea. Clear dosing guidelines have not been established, so it is best to do what is known as "tolerance mapping".....

Has anyone taken V12 with a whey protein with or without problems?

---------------------

Last Question:

The site said V-12 can be combined with Infusion, BCAA-Pro, Methoxybol-7 and/or T-100 for increased athletic performance.

I researched these they look ok, Infusion sounds like a good product for shedding some unwanted fat, but it contains flax oil, and I had an alergic reaction to it before.

So what supplements if any, or do any of you take with V12, and what extra effect do you receive?

Thanks for reading my lengthy post

I'm not sure V12 is going to give you "energy" for cardio. It may help you go a little longer, recover a little faster, but I don't really consider that an "energy" supplement (or it didn't for me anyway).

I've tried them all (No Explode, V12, PureCEE, Phosphogen, Creatine Mono) and never had a problem taking them with Protein. For me/my body, I get better pumps from EAS Phosphagen (creatine mono). I did like the V12, didn't have any problems with it, but the price was a little more for me compared to the EAS product ($16). It did take me a couple of days to get comfortable with the very sweet taste.

I think you should be okay taking both. You may want something with a little kick to help your cardio, like Thermorexin.

I take lots of different vitamins/minerals all the time:
fish oil
b complex
vit c
magnesium
arginine
glutamine
red yeast rice
flax oil
zinc
sesapure

I too have tried many things and I really like V12 Turbo and am on a cycle of it now. As for energy, there is no caffeine in it like other supplements, but its more of a creatine supplement that anything else. It gives you a bit more energy but not the crackhead energy like no-xpode does.

Saying that this stuff would give you no fat is a weird thing to say... read the amount of sugar it has on it.

What are you talking about, V12 Turbo has zero sugar

I thought I read that it boosted your energy, but I guess I was just reading that It boosted your pumps. I think I will still give it a try, and I will go at it with some whey Protein, and hopefully won't have any bathroom issues

v12 turbo will give you a bit of energy, but online no-xplode its not its main focus. My advice is, take it exactly how the directions tell you too and you will see results. This is one of the few supplements I've seem results that are worth the price I paid. Good luck.

its like saying can i OD off milk. ok what are the other sources??????? uuuuuuuhhhhhh uuuuuummmmm uuuuuuuuuhhhhh. GUESS WHAT? THEY ARE EXRACTS OF FOOD aka ONCE LIVING MATTER! you cant just dig up protein from the ground it is synthesized by living organisms. Well i guess i shouldnt be so harsh not everyones a bio sci major. anyways so amino acids sounds very technical and foreign right? Protein IS made of amino acids. Amino acids are the subunits of protein = proteins are polymers of amino acids.

Whey protein = when they process milk, solids (fats and protein) accumulate at the top same of the fat is added back in or used for cream and other stuff. They strain the other solids off the top and dry them out. thats your whey protein.

I am a huge fan of sans V-12 turbo and by useing it i achived great results. Some say that its expensive well just compared it with supplements like NO-EXPLODE and youll realize that its not that expensive and cheaper products like EAS Phosphagen is not even in its league just compare the ingredients of the two.

Now comming back to your questions,no it will not give you greater energy for cardio workouts but youll get great pumps, lots of power and eventully increase in size and mass.

I have always used it with Optimums 100% whey protein and never felt any side effects. So what i am trying to say in short is four thumps up.
