Ok I'm new in the game, but all I want to do is gain mass...
Right now I'm taking: No-explode 30 mins before working out Then ON %100 Whey mixed with ON Pure creatine 30-45 mins post working along with Flaxseed oil.... will doing all this help me gain mass if i start working out every other day? |

Going by what I need... I got:
---2 servings of ON %100 Whey protein with milk on off days= 56-73g per serving ---2 Tuna salad sandwichs combine with whole grain bread, realish, and mayo between big meals-42g per sandwich and then every meal in between.... Basically this is my day: 6am: Take one serving of NO-explode 715ish am: One serving of ON Whey+ON creatine(20g for loading phase)+ Flaxseed oil 330pm: Tuna sandwich and creatine(10g for loading phase)+flaxseed oil and ON Whey 7pm: Whatever my parents(I'm 17) cook for dinner 9pm: Tuna sandwich and creatine(10g for loading phase) Thats pretty much it....if you want me to go in to how many of everything i get in grams and calories I could do that |

Alright guys...I did alot of math and what not and here's what I got for my daily diet:
Calories=1970 Carbs=261g Sat.Fat=0 Protein=170g(inculding the protein shake) Creatine=20-25g(loading phase...5-10g maintence) My body weight as of now is=151pounds So will taking No-explode 30mins before my work out....then 20g of creatine and 24g of protein and flaxseed oil right after my 30min work out help me gain muscle mass? or should i try weight gainer? |

if you want to bulk up you need to get more calories. i am bulking up and i get between 3500 and 4000 calories a day. definetly need to get more carbs you will need at least 450 grams of carbs per day. just make sure it is good carbs your protein is good but it wouldnt hurt to get more. maybe 1.5 times your weight (225 grams). and dont cut fat altogether. you should be getting some fat, just keep the saturated fat down.
