RicePickerRob is on a distinguished road
Default When to what

I just bought a tub of No-explode and ON %100 Whey protein and people say you shouldnt take Glutamine because it'll diminish the effects of No-explode and the whey contains Glutamine. So how long after I take No-explode , should i take the whey?...By the way...I'm 17 and new at this stuff....just another Hard-gainer trying to gain some mass

Thanks to anyone who helps me out..

Im pretty sure ON protein doesnt have glutamine in it. but i could be wrong.
but just so you know i dont think its all that neccesary to buy.but some other might disagree

make sure you take your ON protein shake pretty soon after you work out so your body can use it to recover. and sorry not to sure on the NO xplode
