Are you talking about how long to run or the loading phase?

I think he meant for a safe cycle. There has been no proof that creatine production will cease if you keep taking suppliments, yet. But we all seem to cycle on and off to be on the safe side. I do a 4 week on 2 week off cycle anyway just in case. If I am feeling cheap I go to 4 weeks on 4 weeks off at times, saves buying creatine, and I miss it when working out.

Don't cycle it just keep taking it unless you take some time off training.
