How should I be taking creatine? before or after work outs? how much? THANKS

It it requires a loading phase 5 grams 4 times a day, for 5 days on a empty stomach mixed with 8 oz of water, or juice (grape juice is the best). after loading phase 5grams before and after work out , try to take it 30 mins before your work out and immediatly after your work out, id mixe mine in with my protein shake, On non workout days 5 grams in the morning on a empty stomach and 5 more in the evening empty stomach.

Also increase your over all consumption of water throughout the day anyways i tend to drink like a slut looking for a pimp, Ill drink up to 3 gallons of water thoughout the day, the thing is unless oyu get CEE be prepared for side effects with the monohydrate
