I'm curious to know where your finding 20mg aspirin, I've personally only seen it as low at 300mg in the cheap bottles, which is all you need but I have read others getting as low as 200mg tabs which would be fine too. But with the "theory" behind aspirin in the e/c/a stack if could get 20mg pill it really wouldn't be worth it 20mg wouldn't do anything for ya.

i thought u were talking about the ephedrine before lol my bad.. but the aspirin..i couldnt tell u dude.. i just read that the ECA should be taken in that ratio and some say the aspirin helps and others say its just for high blood pressure. I take one of those 300mg tabs and split it into 4's (roughly 75mg). I have a slightly high blood pressure as it is and it helps, but im not about to take 3 aspirins a day since i hear its rough on ur organs..

i saw that on a dif site, but it was expired and they were still selling it for some reason, lol

anyways, ordered 120 tablets, but ill probably hold off on it till school is out, when ill focus more on cutting and cardio instead of gaining muscle since i wont have a decent gym (we have an old weight machine, but it just aint good enough, and there arent any decen gyms nearby)

going to have to say that its deceptive marketing putting ephedra extract in bottles that are exactly like the vasopro bottles (though vasopro is junk too because of the guaifenesen)

expiration date on most supplements is arbitrary and they are usually good well beyond that date

Don't you guys have problem sleeping when taking ECA stacks?
Tried it years ago and had problems sleeping all the time. It also strips down muscle, however I've done it so long ago I do not remember the diet. I did get my Bf down to 11% though but I was weak as hell at the end

not really, but depends on the person. usually sleeping issues are due to the caffeine portion.

They don't make aspirin in 20mg pills. Even "low dose" aspirin is 81mg. 25mg ephedrine/200mg caff/325mg aspirin.

guaifenesin is an adrenergic blocker (works against ephedrine), its also a muscle relaxant and anaesthetic.

it was grandfathered in, so it did not undergo strict FDA testing. Most of the data on its effects are from its use in animal surgeries. Its never even actually been shown to help with asthma.

ephedra is a mixture of 6 alkaloids the predominent one is psuedoephedrine (which is not particularly effective for fat loss), between 30-40% of extract is typically ephedrine (so out of 20mg its 6-8mg)

pure ephedrine is more thermogenic/its "cleaner" - stim and CNS wise and basically more effective.

some people may find that they get more jacked and jittery from ephedra

Thanks for the info. Someone posted elsewhere that ephedrine is better if it's derived from Mua Huang(sp?). Is that true, if so do you know of a website that sells it?

I'm wondering if this is the right ephedrine that I should be ordering. it's 240mg of pure ephedrine and 24 mg alkaloids. It's pricey though, 50 bucks for 60 tablets. On the instructions it says to only take one a day but I see people on here saying to take it 3 times a day. Maybe they're using a different ephedrine?

that is ephedra, not pure ephedrine (false advertising, compounded by the fact they ues a bottle that looks just like vasopro (which is ephedrine, not pure, since it has guaifenesin but still ephedrine hcl)
