Default Question about creatine and dieting...

I am currently dieting, if I were to start a creatine cycle, would I get any benefits? Thanks!

Are you doing any weight training? If so I would recommend Creatine Ethyl Ester. If not I wouldn't really bother with it as it really only benefits you if you are lifting .

I was hoping to do some weight lifting as well. I know that if you diet, and while dieting you weight lift, you'll probably end up losing muscle as opposed to gaining. Which is why I bring this up. If i'm dieting, and weightlifting, BUT I use creatine, will I see any muscle gain? Thanks!

thats not gonna depend soley on creatine, but your training and your nutrition. some use creatine at this time to help with energy/strength levels.
