Default Mixing fat burners and protein?

I'm about 190 pounds and i've been trying to cut out the fat while trying to gain muscle, is it a wise decision to mix fat burners (like ripped fuel) with whey protein?

IMO, you can safely use both of them. There was someone who posted a while ago that they were using weight gainer and fat burners at the same time. That is a mistake. Ripped fuel is pretty much garbage too, look into something a bit more reputable like Rev Xp or Hydroxycut. Just stay hydrated and good luck!

I did without problems. I don`t think there`s much difference from eating cheese or milk. Just make sure to watch the calories in the whey protein. Some are quite high.

It is best to go without fat burners, but I don't see a problem with combining it with whey if you are going to take them. I am pretty sure everyone on this board has taken both at the same time at some point or another.

Protein is a staple; that is to say, you always need protein. So, taking both will probably not be an issue. More importantly is the cleanliness of your diet. Also, if your cutting, perhaps cycling your carbs will be of assistance. Anyhow, if you eat clean, take in lean sources of protein, and add your fat burners - I personally do not see a conflict.
