It is best to go without fat burners, but I don't see a problem with combining it with whey if you are going to take them. I am pretty sure everyone on this board has taken both at the same time at some point or another.

Protein is a staple; that is to say, you always need protein. So, taking both will probably not be an issue. More importantly is the cleanliness of your diet. Also, if your cutting, perhaps cycling your carbs will be of assistance. Anyhow, if you eat clean, take in lean sources of protein, and add your fat burners - I personally do not see a conflict.

Haha thanks for the reply guys,
as for ripped being crap, well i've been taking it and i've havent really experienced the boost that everyone's been talking about, maybe its the fact i can pop caffeine pills and still fall asleep, lol |
