Pre-6th period supplements
Hey hows everyone,
So my second semester starts this monday and im going to be going 0-4 coming home for lunch and then going back 6th period for 2 hours of lacrosse(1 hour stickwork, 1 hour lifting/conditionin). I was wondering what i could take during the two hours (ish) that im goign to be home that would boost energy and also aid strength gain,i figure its going to be a protein shake + something(s) (something is what i need to find out). I have whey protein at my disposal and also some CEE whcih i took for about 3 weeks but stopped becuase it was having some negative effects (drying out my body, which i probably could have avoided by drinking more water). Does anyone have any ideas that they could throw my way? Also i want to make sure whatever im taking isnt really 'heavy' seeing as im going to have to be running and dotnwant to throw up, i do have aroudn 2 hours though so it shouldnt be a problem.
