hello all,
i'm switching to some new supplements and will be needing a good pre-workout CEE. i bought V12Turbo but i heard it has water retention characteristics so i'm deciding to mix it with another CEE or go with another CEE all together. i can't go with Cellmass anymore because 1) its getting expensive and 2) it's a post workout CEE . it worked great for me but my schedules changing and i'll need to change up my supplement intake also. anyone got any good info for me? thanks ! |

You can use cellmass pre-workout if you want. As far as stacking v12 with cee....well thats just overkill. There are already 4grams of creatine in v12 and your looking to add more ontop of that?? I'm going on week 3 with v12 turbo and its the best supplement i've used to date besides protein. One thing is to follow the directions to a T. One serving on non-workout days. Workout days i take one serving in the morning before work. Eat my breakfast about 30 min after that. My second serving i take 30-45 min before my workout. So far its been working great for me. One more container to go and i'll post with my final results after a full 8 week cycle.

joe are you only taking v12 turbo or are you stacking it with a protein? i took my first serving today and i do feel the focus that comes with it. i've heard good things about it so hopefully it will give me good results. i'll try this first tub out and see how it goes as well as with my ON 100% whey i got with it. i'll keep you guys updated, thanks!
