creatine = cycling is more effective just search the supplement forum for "creatin" read some of those. Im sure they talk about cycling creatine (i.e. load, maintenance, and off phase) A lot of questions like this have already been asked and answered. If you want to know, best bet is to search the forums and stickies. They have better and more in depth answers than people are likely to give you. Understand that these questions are asked a lot so people get tired of answering the same ones. If you read those and still have questions, then by all means ask. But like i said, looking in the forums is a better place to start.
