Exclamation Stacking and Cycling

Can someone please explain to me the importance and meaning of each of these. I have seen the terms used a lot and was wondering if it is something that I need to know since I want to start taking some different supplements.

well i aint getting real in detail b/c this is a VERY simple question if u would just have searched u could find the finer details...

stacking means adding multiple items in one "cycle", a cycle is a peroid of time where your consuming supplements or whatever it may be.... could be a steroid cycle where u run 4 weeks of m1t, that 4 weeks would be called a cycle (dont forget pct but u dont even know what that is) and lets say u ran m1t and 4-ad, the two combined would be a "stack"

protein = all the time
creatine = cycling is more effective

just search the supplement forum for "creatin" read some of those. Im sure they talk about cycling creatine (i.e. load, maintenance, and off phase)

A lot of questions like this have already been asked and answered. If you want to know, best bet is to search the forums and stickies. They have better and more in depth answers than people are likely to give you.

Understand that these questions are asked a lot so people get tired of answering the same ones. If you read those and still have questions, then by all means ask. But like i said, looking in the forums is a better place to start.

bump to the above

the basic thing you will find is you cycle on n off so that the body immune system n other things dont adapt or "get use" to the supplements
