Default Muscle Milk

There isnt any difference in muscle milk powder and the ready made drink in the 17 oz can is there? I know it is more expensive to take the ready made stuff but sometimes the convience is worth the extra cash. just want to make sure it is the same thing can then it woudnt be worth the convience thanks in advance

as long as they don't switch it over to the instipro crap like cytogainer now uses, the powder tastes so damn good when mixed with milk. Just throw a cup and a half of milk and 2 scoops of the chocolate milk muscle milk in a bledner, oh its like heaven. Just wish it had more carbs in it. I've been adding two scoops of NDS's X-Plode in it for another 57g of carbs.

and the RTD's taste like crap, they mix them with water.. take everything with milk!
