Talking Brand New!!! What do you think?

Hello there. I am brand new here and want to know what you think. I just started working out. I'm 19m, 5,10 155lb. I want to put some size on me. I am doing a basic workout routine: Back/biceps, OFF, shoulders/legs, OFF, Chest/Triceps, OFF......and so on. I am on my third week. I went through a stage for about 3 months where i didnt eat much at all let alone take in enough fluids, smoked way too many cigaettes, Didnt sleep much either, and was a very stressful time of my life and am getting back on track. I didnt lose weight but when i got back to the gym i noticed my strength was cut in half. Felt ****ty but oh well, at least im back. So I have been eating like a horse, because i know that is the best thing for putting on size. I also have cut down my cigarettes by a pack a week. That good compared to 1-2 a day. Drinking mad water and a protein shake a day. Also taking cod liver oil for omega 3's, good for my weak joints also. I want to start adding creatine to the mix on week 4 to help me pack on some mass. I have read many threads on here and just cant decide. It seems to me that something like cell-tech(homeade) would be my best bet. but then i read about CEE and micronized creatine. Theres just so many to choose from. I am thinking heavly about homeade cell tech as that sounds like you would gain a lot of size. So if i did make my own cell tech, would it be better to use a micronized or CEE creatine with it rather then a monohydrate? And also do you think i would benefit from a different routine? HST?

Stop smoking first off. Do what I have been doing, which if you have read anything on this forum, is the best setup to gain: Eat alot, eat healthy. I am at 6'2", 165lbs. Thats up about 14pounds from where I started 3 weeks ago. I'm taking in about 3500cal, 400g carb, 175g protein. Eat the right foods, protein and carb rich. Chicken, turkey, tuna, cottage cheese, potatos, wheat bread, bananas, milk etc. Next, you can supplement CEE before and after your workouts. Then about 45min after your workout eat protein rich food or do a shake, and repeat after another 45min. I have been doing weight gainers, but have kept my fat down. I have gained, but it has all been straight muscle. It's all about dedication and eating right. You can work out all you want, but if you don't eat right, you won't see any gains, only losses.

For the most part, he is right. I am 5'10 180 and I started where you are at and it has been about 2 months and I have really packed it on. With the creatine ordeal, I have never tried homade celltech but I have tried monohydrate by itself and that only worked after a month of taking it. The best way to go is with a CEE. I take CE2 by MRI cause I like taking the pills, much easier. I have heard good things about Cellmass though so you may want to try one of those two. CE2 absorbs really quickly so no need to load with it.

if he gained 14lbs it is not all muscle....There is def water and fat mixed in there, because that is impossible to put on 14lbs of LBM in a few weeks

i workout 4 days a week, take GNC Mega man, creatine (mono), ON whey (post workout), weight gainer throughout the day and have a great diet. about (4000 cals,, 40% carb, 40% protein and 20% fat as close as possible anyway) and i have only averaged 1 lb a week.

well obviously, its alot of water weight, and some fat. I need to do my BF %'s and work out the straight figures. I do have very solid noticable gains however.
