ZMA is a combination of two essential dietary minerals (zinc and maganesium) and vitamin B6. Zinc and magnesium are sometimes not adequately supplied in the diet, while vitamin B6 generally is. The zinc is in the chemical forms zinc methionine and aspartate; the magnesium is in the aspartate form.

There is no scientific evidence for any claim that ZMA has any effects beyond those of taking equivalent amounts of zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6 in any other form.

-My daily vitamin contains zinc, magnesium, and vitamin B6, seems I should be getting enough without ZMA pills on top of that.-

Default reason of the post

fadi ..it s not wether to take it or not ..but before we buy those things we must be sure that they r of benefit for us ...why pay if not ...most companies put too much weight on their products and say based on clinical studies ...thats an example of a study done but on a wrong basis ...it s up to each one of u to reject or accept ......feedbacks will be important for those who tried it ..but who tried zma only ....cuz if u have added another things forex tribulus the results might not be from zma ...hope u benefited ..bye

Thumbs up

Before you guys go and buy 20-30 dollars on some ZMA product, look in the vitamin section at your grocery store and they should have bottles of Zinc and Magnes. for like 3bucks each.... thats where I get mine.
wayyyyy cheaper.
