Hello,
Just wanted to know i have been taking tribulus for about a month now. I take about a gram a day in tablets.1 tablet in morning , 1 at noon. Should I lay off of them for awhile or keep going or take more a day? Should they be taken on off days? Oh ya fenugreek should it be taken with tribulus during the day or at night? Many thks |

please explain any postive and or negative results. personally i think that a lot of supps are completely unnecessary and must say that it seems like a lot of people on this site place too much emphasis on them...just an opinion, but if they work...then let me know lol

I find tribulus helps some , i notice a difference with libido and some days on my routines.
Cee is not the same as cmh - creatine mono - hydrate i took this for awhile and found it doing nothing at all , just a bad taste too it, while Cee I haven't tried yet. |

You do NOT want to take Fenugreek. That actually has a negative affect on Test and a positive affect on Estrogen. I don't know how that got past some of the big companies like BSN, but their Cheater's Relief has it in it and my sis took it and in three days had nipple sensations. Men don't want that. Look it up on the iNet for more information. I have always been a big ProPonent of the Trib/ZMA stack. I feel after three days on it you will appear harder and after a week, if you right everything down, you'll seen your lifts go up. Since NOWfoods just came out with the perfect supp in my opinion. TestoJack. It has Trib, ZMA and LongJack all in two caps. Take them B4 bed. You'll definitely notice something. It's cheap too, 12 bux for month supply.

thks for repliy I'll check fenugreek on net, but it was someone on here that told a few of us to try it, so I guess he didn't know what he was talking about.
I'll also look into that Testojack, can I get it in Canada? For now though I am taking tribulus , which are 510mg capsules how many should someone take a day of these? THks |

Trib works OK on it's own for some, but you have to see what works. Start with 2 mid afternoon and 2 before bed. That's 2 grams. If you don't see a difference in weights, then bump it up. Test is highest in the morning, hence morning wood and it declines throughout the day. I've had good luck with 1.5 grams in the early afternoon and 1.5 grams before bed. You should feel something.

ok thks , i consider it working , whey and multi is not enough for me , i've tried just that with little results i need more , and i see results with tribulus.
So do I take tribulus in morning also or just noon and night? If so why? many thks |

Like my post stated earlier, test levels are already highest in the morning when you wake up...hence the morning wood. So Trib won't be able to raise it much higher, the object of trib is to stay at that level all day. Remember it'll only boost you to your naturally highest levels. There isn't extra Test in trib, it just stimulates the production. I know of a man who had low levels of test diagnosed by a doctor, decided to try trib and made a believer out of the doctor. I can flex today and see a hardness that wasn't there two weeks ago prior to starting my TestoJack cycle. It definitely works, not miracles...but I'm repping 135 for shoulder press seated...that's a lot for me and I'm getting it for 8. Never had that before.

Well, This current stack isn't too complicated. It's just for MASS right now.
Simply put the SAN BCAA Pro has all three Branched, plus Glutamine & methoxyisoflavone. I don't know if the Methoxy does anything, it's supposed to help boost the protein intake. Before the gym, Phosphagen HP has Creatine mono in it with some dextrose & Taurine to help get in it the muscles. CEE helps with the strength and pump too. The Testojack mid-afternoon and B4 sleep has the Trib/ZMA stack that I love but that new Longjack in it. I use Ultimate Nutrition's MuscleJuice & EAS MAX Milk post-workout which also happens to be about an hour B4 bed so it's usually my last meal. Now I do have an issue that needs further review by me, but... I used to just take 4 scoops of MuscleJuice, but when I tried Max Milk I used 3 scoops Muscle Juice and 2 scoops of Max Milk. I started seeing some real good gains. I'm concerned about that...perhaps the Muscle Juice's price is too good to be true and it may be low quality. I would like ppl's comment on that, NOT on Weight Gainers but on the Quality of Ultimate Nutrition's products. I will post a new thread for this. Oh, and I put in about a half cup of Oatmeal too to help 'keep it in my stomach'...the oatmeal really slows things down so I get all night of protein release. Just throw it in there dry. That's the current stack that's put on about 3 pounds in 3 weeks. |
