Default Urgent Help Needed!!!!

I am an 18 year old guy who is very sporty and with a lightning fast metabolism.

I am a member of the gym and try to go 3-4 times a week for an hours workout.

I have fairly well built biceps and arms but only weigh 10.5 stone.
I tried to use instant whey to gain weight but to no success, it only made me feel ill!

I wan't to put on about 3 stone gain that 6 pac everyone is looking for and really develop my muscles by next summer.

What do I do?? I have seen Creatamax 8000GL advertised and it looks tempting. I do a lot of aerobic exercise and therefore it is hard to gain weight as I am constantly burning off caleries. Should I take the creatamax with cyclone? What is a good combo for fast results. (remember I am a student on a budget)

If things couldn't be any harder; I don't eat any red meat, only chicken and fish. I have been trying to cram in an extra meal a day to bulk up. I also have been chucking chedder cheese down my throat due to its high protein content, I don't know how effective this will be....

Please respond with your help, I really want to get buff but I need to know what to be taking with my workout....

Yours sincerely,

Josh

Eat lots of food with protein and carbs, cut down the cardio and lift. Take whey protein immediately after your workout and during the day in between meals. You may also like to consider a casein protein supplement (Casilan90 from Boots The Chemist is a good one I have had results with as whey was not working for me).

Best wishes

cyclone contains creatine monohydrate already

I just bought some today, I used to use creatine 8000 stuff which was good when I was doing lots of cardio and I bulked a bit even though I had very little rests. I wanted to try something new now I am getting back into it, I figure cyclone has everything that creatine mixes have and extra bits too. If the extras work then good, if not I will still get my creatine. HMB (part of cyclone) is supposed to be good but outside of the creatine I dont have the experience but cyclone does taste pretty good especially compared to the creatine 8000 stuff.

Don't take what I say as gospel, I am not pro but I am saying that I saw results adding creatine to my 2 hour cardio and 1 hour split weights program with no rest days. Stupid I now know but I have corrected my regime and upped the ante.

? I dont't see why he has to cut lifting.... makes no sense to me. If hes trying to gain muscle and bulk up isn't that what he should be doing????

There's a big difference between Metric, Imperial and European measurements.

Ive studied the metric system throughout my schooling. I have never come across a stone. And if we did cover it, it was very brief and labeled as unimportant to know.
