Default Creatine supplement competition

Ring the bell, school is in fellas. The door is open to any serious competitors to join in with their creatine sup of choice. Right now the main contenders are cell-tech vs v-12. The competition starts July 19 and ends August 3. The rules are to post and continously update your complete supplement regimen, stats, diet, and routine. There will be pics posted (before/after), trash talkin, crazy liftin, mad gains, and most of all good hearted competition! All participants please make yourself known and post any input for rules and the such before we get it started. This is gonna be awesome! Lets get it on

--I just tried to post my pics but I don't think it worked? But, they are in MM's gallery

I have pretty much the same routine to. I am gonna get exact stats measured on the 19th at my gym from one of the employees just to make sure I do it right. I posted (tried?) some pics but if yall want more specific one just let me know, I really have to work on the posing thing though. We should probably all do the same poses? I did not do any leg pics which I should because my legs are freakin huge. Are yall planning on supplementing anything else in addition ie protein, glut? Personally I am freaking juiced about this whole thing...I hope yall are too

Good questions Rob. Oh and I saw your pics........OUCH......Im in for one hell of a competition.

Yes, same poses. That is an excellent idea. But we need to keep them at a minimum due to space. Here's the ones I think will be best:

Most Muscular
Double Bicep
Body Builder Stance ( or whatever the hell its called. where you just stand there in a full body flex, lats and arms out)
Side Tricep.
Flexed Leg(s)

My legs are NOT anywhere near the rest of me, so you have me there. Chopper has us on body fat, the fiend.

You're gonna kill me in the legs and most muscular and double bicep. But Im gonna kill ya in the tricep shot. Chopper is probably gonna kill us in the ab shots and most muscular cause he's proly gonna be striated all over due to an already low body fat percentage.

This is gonna be REEEAALLL interesting, folks. Stay tuned.

Yeah chopper is pretty cut, my tri's should get more def as they grow (which they will) but you definetly have a good cut/def there. Do yall wanna post those poses/pics before we start? Are yall planning on supplementing anything else besudes v-12. It's Gonna go down to the wire, I think we have a good comp going. Hopefully we get some more takers. T-8 days

My supps:

Opti-men Multi
EFA
CoQ10
R-ALA
V12
Proteins (Whey for PW and Micellar before bed)

I'll get some more pics before next Mon. and have all my exact measurements. You guys want BF% too? I don't belong to a gym and will probably have to go get that done.
Have to warn you guys though, I got the 25th Anniversary special edition "Pumping Iron" DVD last week - My motivation supp. LMAO, seriously though...talk about building motivation before a workout. I just watch about 15 min. of Arnold pushing massive weights, making messed up faces, and the intensity and I'm ready to go. I'm so pumped for this! You guys are in trouble.

Just FYI: I stopped using Kreataine Ultra last week and will start V12 on the 19th, unless it really matters to Rob......I may start Kreataine Ultra again. I'm starting to dig that stuff. A little variety? Mono vs. new generation.

Sounds good chopper, it would be good to get some variety of supplements. I think it would be a good idea to get the bf% done, that way we could avoid the water retention explanation for size gains. Don't get too cocky there Mr. low bf%, I plan on pickin up the cardio in a big way, don't be surprised if you see me with a six pack in august. I just plan on doin protein shakes for breakfast and pw, celltech, multi, and maybe some glut. Right now and for about the past 2 weeks I have been supplement free including protein shakes

Ok, Mod-hood gone, I can't edit this thread, so i'll add this stuff down here, if one of the other online gustapo's feel it in their heart to add this to the top...go for it.

I will get involved in this thread, not in the actual comp...no time to train these days...but i will reward the winner with a 5 lb. tub of protien.

After it is all said and done, and you guys put up your pics...then we can make a poll and let the members vote on a winner.

So good luck to you all, and have fun.

Here is a link the the Gallery. I have made a section just for the competition you are having...if you are having trouble uploading, let me know and i'll help.

Ok...Im gonna go ahead and make a whole new post just because. Here we go....

Height: 5'7
Weight 160
Shoulders - 48"
Arms - 15 1/2"
Chest - 45"
Waist - 37"
Thighs - 21 1/2"
calves - 13'
Body fat - too friggin much.

Ok, before I start, lemme say that I am NOT a bodybuilder nor am I training like one even though I do cycles. My training is for an altogether different set of purposes than building muscle. Im in this contest to show what Tricreatine Malate (V12 and SwoleV2) can do against Sell-Tech. Which you all know I hate. Im not in this to show the most muscle or the most cuts. So.....well thats that.

DIET:
Zig Zag 2000 calories a day for 5 days, 2300 calories for 2 days

4 am. 1st dose aminos, Stretching and Breathing Routine

6am. First Meal and multis
MRP Protein shake: 6oz water, 1 scoop fat free Allthewhey protein blend, 1 banana, 2 cups oats, 1 serving gatorade

9am snack.
1/4 cup unsalted dry roasted peanuts, 1 serving beef jerky. 1st dose Swole V2

11:30am Lunch
A) Turkey samich on wheat, 1 serving cottage cheese w/dab of hiney.
B) 1 c brown rice with 1/2 to 3/4 c of spinach and 1/2 c shrimp
2 tblsp Hawaiian style sweet and sour.
C) 6oz Tuna w/Pico De Gallo, /2 slices wheat toast

3:30 snack.
1 MetRx Bigg 100 Bar

4:00 Home and Second aminos dose

4:30 Second Swole dose

5:00m Work out, 100+ oz water

6:30pm PWO shake.
6 oz water, 1 scoop fat free Allthewhey 100% whey, 1 serving gatorade, 1 cup oats, banana, dab of hiney.

8:00pm Diner.
Here I have what I want so long as it stays within my diet requirements. Im a good cook if I do say so myself so I spoil myself. Italian Herb Chicken w/Sausage in a white wine sauce, Teriyaki Beef kabobs w/red potatos and grilled veggies, 7 Herb Boiled Shrimp Coctail.....anything out of my safe recipe files.

Player/V_Player_Most_Muscular_2[/img]

Double Bicep...(ugh)

Tricep. (this ones for you, ma)

I told youse I dont have great legs. I have a genetic mutation that keeps them from growing. That and I have an old golf injury (please dont ask) that keeps me from squatting or pressing really heavy. They're still sexxxi though....

And this is where it all happens. The Gym of The Legend Of The Rent Was Way Past Due. Because you're not hardcore, unless you LIVE HARDCORE. *salute to David Black*

Now if I can do it here, anybody can do it ANYWHERE. No excuses. Buncha......
