I took one bottle in conjuction with nolva for PCT of my 1test/4ad stack, and I felt it really helped. I also used a bottle of Vitrix before I used the tribex and I feel it worked better than the Vitrix. For the Tribex I took 3 pills 2 times a day, once in the morning once 30 min pre workout. My sex drive increased a ton, especially considering it was at zero since I just came off a long ph stack. I thought it actually leaned me out a fair amount and hardened me up. Aggression was increased, not necessarily in a bad way, I was more confident, but you better not get in my way

Oh ya Zirve, I took one bottle straight which lasted two weeks I think or so. I feel that is the best way to take it instead of 5 on 2 off, because it will stay in your system constantly, and on the weekends when you dont lift and are resting is when you recover, so might as well have high test levels to help recover. I think taking it for 4 weeks would give good results, nothing like a ph could deliver, but you would be able to tell a difference.

I have taken almost every product under the sun, as I scam GNC as much as possible and get the opportunity to try **** for free. Anyway, I think tribex is crap, it didn't do a damn thing for me. However, sticking with the biotest theme, I feel Red Kat is a legitimate product and actually works.
For tribulus products, I feel Endotest by SAN is the best, closely followed by Vitrix. Just my opinion though, I think the most anyone can offer on this is an opinion. |

hey everyone have just bought me a bottle of this TRIBEX.. , im planning on starting my cycle monday next week. Although i have some questions that i hope any of you can answer.
first it says on the bottle that i should take it with "8 oz of vater" , heck i know english quite well but i dont understand what that means?? Then i wonder also how long for example in the morning that you wait with eating breakfeast? , after taking Tribex. I usually train around 6.30 in the evening would you consider me taking Tribex some time before traning ( like 20-30mins) or taking it on the afternoon ( like 3.00-4.00) ?? , i mean it says that you should take it after 6-8hrs. So i eat breakfeast normally around 7.00 in the morning, that would mean accordning to the instruction that i would take it the second time of the day sometimes between 1.00-3.00 or am i wrong? thx a lot if anyone have any comments on this |

il think i will take the first serving in the morning when i wake up and then wait for about 25-35mins before i eat breakfeast. It says on the instruction that stomach mush be empty when taking the serving so i guess my morning serving will be allright. About my second serving during the day.. well thats the thing i need to get an answer to.. |

whatever you say man.. , nice to have you laughing.. Well in case someone dont understand im planning on start taking the pills on monday.. , and therefore also start the "cycle" (in case you dont understand read the instruction on the bottle and you will find out that they reccommend to follow the cycle instructions) By the way.. thanx for all the help Vplayer ... |

let me ask you some questions: 1. How old are you? 2. What is the level of LH in your body currently at? 3. What is your body's level of free testosterone? My point is, Tribulus is only effective for raising testosterone levels in men who have a naturally low production of it. Natural production drops way down in middle age. If you are in your teens or 20's, unless you have some sort of hormonal deficiency, your test levels are probably pretty high. Tribulus cannot raise test levels any higher than they would normally be at your body's natural high production. But you may experience other effects on tribulus, like increased sex drive, or more woodies. |

Where ya at man? Dont give up. Least we got your attention. Thats not something I can say for others that come here asking about supplements and then leave when they dont hear what they want to hear. Like "yeah dude, take it. It rocks!!" Chill and listen to Barry. He said basicaly what I was going to say about trib. I will also add that its a good thing to take to balance your system out. As a matter of fact, people that run steroid or PH cycles use it to HELP restore their natural test balance. Tribulus is not going to help you in the gym at all if you're in your 20s or even 30s. It wont even really help you in the gym if you're in your 40s or 50s. Even then, you're not going to gain strength, you're not going to put on size, and you're NOT going to get more energy. Its just basicaly going to give you a little more "wood" (but that means its working) and help indirectly with workout recovery from all Ive read. And thats a good thing. So its not something you "cycle". Tribulus does not alter your body in any way, so there's no need to "cycle". Oh I know what the bottle says. Thats why I really didnt respond to you when I read what you wrote about the recommended dose on the bottle. Too many people come here and chose to listen to what the bottles say instead of what people with experience say. I can understand their reluctance, but it gets old after a while. Know what I mean? The manufacturers have to put those recommended dosages there for legal reasons. You can chose to listen to people with actual experience, or you can chose to be like the rest and think we're trying to sabotage your gains. Its up to you. And thats not a slam, thats just simply the way it is. Anyways, answer Barry's questions and answer these too: What are your goals? Immediate and long term. What were you hoping to gain off of tribulus. How long have you been lifting? These questions will help us guide you to something that will definately help you, like it helped us. But be prepared to hear that maybe you dont need to be messing with ANY supplements yet. Not many people like to hear that. They think we just dont want them to use any supplements.
