allright man.. thanx for the info you told me there (mean it)

Im 23 years old , have been lifting things for 4 years now , i train 4times a week , before i started lifting i played soccer at very high level for over 10 years.

I have seen quite some difference on my body now some years after stoped playing soccer. In these 4 years i have tryed many diffrent things ( although not anything illeagal) , i have come to realize that protein is a good thing for my body so im taking that each day i train. I tested gainer but noticed that it didnt maked my muscle mass bigger but instead maked me "bigger" and thats not what i want to accomplish with my training.

My long term goal with my training is of course to stay in shape and feel well and gain more muscle mass, and then i dont mean to get as big as a house!

Actully i have no expectaions at all what this tribex will do for ME.. , i see this as a experiment and maby it does "something" for me, maby not. You have to try before you could judge right?. Yes i know that they have to write some sort of inscription on every bottle, and yes i know that many people have great knowledge of things here. Thats why i come here in the first place to seek knowledge if there where many satisfied users , i know that in my home country many users have recommend this product as a "great product" so i though " hey i want to test it".
Since i got quite a "hard" work it sometimes feels that when im going to the gym to lift im almost to tired or the lifting just goes "whatever". When im there i always tro to give 100% but sometimes its hard.. , u get my point?

some intresting info here that i found...

"How much muscle can I expect to gain? Individuals vary enormously, and muscle gains have as much to do with proper training, overall nutrition, rest, and genetic capabilities as they do with testosterone levels. However, almost everyone should experience additional muscle mass when their testosterone levels are elevated. The average user of Tribex-500 can expect to put on between five and ten pounds of muscle within the first month or two, but much greater gains may be experienced by some."

well i have to sleep now.. , we see if this thing have done anything on me when im done with the bottle.

1) Protein wont do much for you unless you take it in conjuntion with a good nutrition program with the right amount and types of carbs and fats to help make the most of it. Otherwise its calories just like anything else. In order to maximize the lean muscle building potential of a good protein powder, everything has to balance. You cant just take protein to be taking it. You will end up like a lot of people here that just take it "a lo pendejo", which is spanish for "without any intelligence".

Yeah. Im real harsh on "protein takers".

2) You're not going to get lean muscle mass by itself. You'd better rid your mind of that idea pronto or you're going to be severely dissapointed. Whenever you gain muscle, some fat will ALWAYS come through. Thats just a given. Just how much fat you gain with the new muscle will be determined by the foods you eat in conjunction with the protein. And eating "clean" is not enough, you have to eat smart and with a goal. All of that is explained in the diet section. Its not hard. I did it and I continue to do it. You can follow what I and others have proven already (Skippy, chopper, daeinwolf, Ejcm, Mrs T, Hanna, etc) and see vast differences in your physique in a manner of months, or you can keep doing what a lot of people on here continue to do and see very little difference in yourself over the course of a year.

Nutrition is the key. No ands, ifs, and buts about it. Tribulus or protein wont do much without a base.

So what i've never figured out, is why people spend nearly $40 a bottle for tribex, with fewer servings when....

you can buy 100 tabs of avena sativa (750mg per tab)... $14.50
And buy Tribulus tabs... 100 tabs (625mg per tab)... $9.76

which gives you a lot more servings.... for a lot cheaper. Just take them at the same time.............

read labels and RESEARCH before you buy supplements....
