Default water and glutamine

I didn't realise that the amount of liquid mattered when taking supplements.

ie - 1-2 scoops of water with 80z of milk/water - why is this? I thought that as long as the ingredients are going in, who cares?

I wouldn't think it would matter either. If I were to take glut with more than the recommended amount of liquid, wouldn't it be just like taking it with the recommended amount of liquid and then just drinking more liquid throughout the day? Someone please clarify.

as far as i know, i don't think it matters too much how much water you need to take with glut. (unlike creatine)... but its always good to drink extra water regardless of what you're taking. water keeps ur system working effecient.

You really want to have an empty stomach when taking any Supplement so it can get directly into you system.

Glutamine should be taken alone because it will fight for digestion/absorption with the food that you eat. Same thing with protein shakes.. you should take them a little while before or after food so you don't have one big stew in your belly that's slowly digesting

Question, is it possible to mix your Glut in advance before you go to the Gym, for after your workout ? Cause now I only take it when I get home, which is about 30 mins after I stopped lifting ...

also remember, try to take your glut in the gym, right after your workout
so when you get home you can take your protein shake within 30mins. of working out!!!
so workout, take glut right after, then in 30mis. drink your protein shake!!! :-D :-D :-D

hey everyone,

just wondering if there are supps that should not be taken together, eg

Weight gainer
L-Glut
Creatine
Multi vit and min

Any problems with those? and also what are the best times for takeing them and how oftern?
I'm okay with the weight gainer and creatine but dont know if its safe to take all of them together, ive been takeing the creatine in water just before haveing my weight gainer. Ive just started takeing L-glut pre workout 30 mins after my proten and creatine followed by the multi vit and min.

Any advice woyld be great

wow...glutamine seems to be good stuff... I've talked to a few people about it, but didn't know it was THAT good. never really payed too much attention. May have to go pick some of that up....

I'm in a bulk phase right now and am on 3 different kinds of protein shakes (concentrate, isolate, and blend) I take the blend in the morning and evening(before bed), the isolate an hour and ahalf before i work out, and concetrate afterwards. I just cycled off of creatine, I think i'm going to get on glutamine with my next creatine cycle, and pick up some of this CLA stuff along the way. i've heard nothing but good things about xenadrine...but which is better xenadrine or hydroxicut? I've gotten good reviews from both (gonna start cutting in jan, or feb). only thing i have to say about creatine is dont' over do it, u'll get the ****s like no other. i almost crapped my pants firsttime loading that stuff..

load it with a juice though, better with a high sugar juice, but nothing that's real acidic...people say grape juice is good. the simple carbs shoot the creatine to u more effectively.

GLut and creatine are actually recommended to be taken together, so i know they'll be okay, the glut and weight gainer...i'm not sure, but they should be okay as well. I don't know about the multi vitamins. I'm a big fan of animal. and in their animal max protein blend they use creatine in that as well.

i don't believe glut leads to breakouts. i've use it alot, and I only get breakouts on zma/tribulus... working out itself can lead to more breakouts, as it increases ur natural lvls of testosteron. check out acne.org. it'll help you get rid of acne.
