Unhappy Am I overtraining??

hey I havnt been hungry lately, or not as hungry as i used to be, i used to be hungry all the time and eat everyones food, I run at least 4 times a week, do contortion, and started doing strength training at the gym, I have not had my time of the month, and its been like 6 months since aunt flow, I don't know if I'm eating enough cause I'm not hungry but i don't think I'm getting near 2,000 calories. I dyed my hair but I have been shedding and don't know it i should be worried or its just chemicals..I am 5'2 and weigh 110 pounds, I think I need 1,500-2,000 calories, but 2,000 is sooo much!! I bet i would get fat on that many calories a day, anyone have any advice?? could I be overtraining?

See a doctor, you're having several physical symptoms that could mean a myriad of things. Don't ignore your body when it's talking.

your period could be related to your bf%. when it gets below a certain % you will lose it. google for percent.

how old are you? what kind of work do you do? are you a student? single mom?-all can contribute to your problems

google female triad. Every woman reacts differently to training and relative body fat percentage (some can handle very low, others can't).

But based on your symptoms, that's where I'd start. It's completely different than overtraining. I'd look at your entire training routine and nutrition and could give you an accurate assessment, but not knowing you, your experience, etc, it would be impossible to say for sure.

I am 19 years old, I was on birth control, but I think 6 months is a long enough time for my harmones to get back to normal.
