Exclamation confused..

I have been trying to gain weight for a bit now. I have gone from 145-160 in couple months. Problem is i dont see much of a size diffrence at all..Could this mean that ive gained fat? Also im having alot of trouble with my biceps. My triceps seem to improve but my biceps are pretty much the same in size and strength. Can soemone recoemend a bicep routine that would help me out?

If you've gained 15 lbs and are wearing the same pants - it probably isn't fat.

Biceps - many people have issues getting solid growth from them. Chin ups, heavy BB curls, etc., will help, but there is no single cure-all. If there were - we'd all have huge biceps.

Your back exercises involve the biceps. Larger triceps make the upper arm larger as well.

Since you don't say you notice the difference, maybe there is growth. Did you have starting measurements? Do any of the people that you know notice a change? 15 lbs on your frame is like a 7% gain - so that is pretty substantial - don't be discouraged.

I would love to gain 15 pounds and still be wearing the same pants in two months.
