I use a neoprene elbow sleeve on my right elbow when I do heavy pull work. The brand I have is Mueller. You can buy them at a sporting goods store.

I use similiar, picked them up from Sports Chalet for about $15 ea.
Except mine have pull straps to tighten the lower area (high forearm, just under elbow). I've about worn them out though, time for new ones

I am about to order a pair of these babies

Yeah, you definitely need a larger pair. Mine slide on tight, but not supertight.
The main thing they are good for is keeping the joint warm and the the strap allows for stability. I use them about 80% of the time when I bench or press

They are a little pricey - $55.00 for the pair

Tommy Kono makes some good ones too, but again, more pricey.

Honestly, the ones from Dicks I am sure are 100% ok, you just need larger size
