General Advice Needed Please
Hey, I am 17 years old and still think I have a couple of growing years in me. I am only 5'6 and weigh around 128 pounds with some, not much body fat. I started doing weights around a month or two ago.
I need advice on two things though, I wish to continue weights but does any one know any excercises that I should avoid doing that will stunt growth more than others? And also I wish to put on weight, but not too much as I do not want to look short and stumped, can anyone give me a rough ideal weight for around 5'6 that will not look too bad? Thanks in advance.
