Default Mr. Mildew man at the gym ~ Has he visited your gym too?

I trained with my cousins yesterday, LA Fitness.
We got there with the late night crew as these guys like to workout at 8pm....
There seemed to be alot of ladies in the gym at that time, which is always a good thing I guess, but alot of goofballs too.

So a quick look around and all the benches are taken, so we waited for this middle aged quirky fat man to finish up on one. So we think all is good as he finished up quickly, but the real complaint began after the guy walked past us after he got up........

Holy sh!t he smelled like mildew!! And I dont mean some mild scent that we happend to just catch a whiff of as he passed by. No, it was an instant "WHAT THE FVCK??" moment..
B.O. is one thing, but this fvcker smelled like a wet rag left in a ziplock bag with some dirty socks for a few years, fvcken putrid!

And you can clearly see he smelled so bad because he didnt wash his fvcking clothes.
He was rocking a cut off blue Reebok tank top that was soaked in sweat and had dirty black lines in it where the shirt would crinkle up in his fat folds as he sat down...
Then he had on a pair of white shorts, now turned grey, that were soaked like swim shorts...

We had to use the bench after this smelly dude leaked his juices all over it. And I come from SoCal growing up playing basketball all over the place, so I have played with some smelly sweaty dudes, but this guy hands down was THE worst smelling fvcker ever.

WTF? So for a guy that sweats like a leaky hose, how the hell can he keep wearing those workout clothes without washing them? I bet he has not washed those clothes in weeks, maybe months!
I mean the smell was so bad that where ever he went, it lingered in that area for quite some time even after he left. How the hell does nobody not say anything? And Isnt there a hygeine rule in gyms?

.

Dudes leave their clothes in the washer for like a day before they dry them. LOL guaranteed - OR he just throws them in his bag wet. He may wash them, but that smell gets in there.

Nasty bastards.

Yeah that could happen, but in this case, maybe he left them in there a week LOL

Dude, sometimes I grab the wrong shirt, one that was meant for the dirty clothes that somehow got folded and put away and I can tell immediately and toss it in the dirty clothes...How the hell can he not tell he smelled so bad? Or perhaps he doesnt care LOL

LOL - I'd burn those fvcking clothes man, fvck it, that smell is now a permanent part of the fabric

I've made the mistake too - took something out of the dryer that was damp and it got put away anyhow that made it smell wierd, or some other dumb thing like that...never left the house like that though because I'd pick up on it immediately. I've been fortunate that the smell came out in the next washing too...otherwise, out the door.

Yeah, now that I think of it, perhaps in my life that has happened to me too, but same deal, I catch it as I put on my clothes.

But on all seriousness, I think it was dirty clothes, you could just tell, they were worn in pretty heavily and had no life in them, not too mention how dirty they looked. I seriously think he just doesnt wash them too much,
maybe throws them on the floor after his gym time, or perhaps hangs them out to dry, then off to the gym the next day and on with the clothes again....

ON the topic, I have been here at my job for 9.5 yrs now, but when I first started there was this smelly weird guy who worked here. He never took showers, had flakey as$ nasty skin allk over his face, green teeth from not brushing and a serious case of permanent B/O.

Well they took a petition around, made everyone sign it, basically said that we cannot tolerate the smell of him and they actually let him go.

I guess it DOES NOT pay to be a dirty fvck? LOL

That's nasty. I make sure to have clean clothes to work out in, if not then I work out in my boxers at home. It's just gross any other way. And dirty people at the gym scare me, I wipe anything I'm gonna touch down before and after use. I'm not getting a staph infection because some window-licking mouth-breather can't be bothered to take a shower once in a while.
