Exclamation Help Working Out

I'm 6'3 and about 190 lbs. I'd like to go up to 220 lbs. What I'd really like to focus on is a bigger chest, and bigger legs.

I usually bench 205 about 3 sets of 5 or so. I've never done leg work outs really so I'm clueless there.

Also bicep curls, I've been doing three sets of 5 on a 70lb dumbbell.

Also if there are any shoulder and lat tips that'd be super appreciated.

Really anything you guys can give me, thank you.

no matter how you train you should reakky train your legs for muscle balance. I recently started training total body workouts 3 days apart and I had great results my program goes day 1 leg press, pappalell pull ups bench press, 3 off. deadlift, pullups, military press.
I found I recieved the same amount of growth for arms and shoulders sticking with these compound movements and did'nt ned to train them seperatly. try it see how it goes.
