Default Ok.. Maybe you can help me

Ive posted elsewhere but maybe seeing how i am new the newbie threads is my best bet
As of now I am using Fireball Liquid Fusion by Precision Engineered. My main goal basically is to gain more definition in the abdominal area and arms. My workouts include Abdominal-Crunches, Bridge sets, elevated leg lifts. Arms, Back, Chest-Pushups curls, pull ups. As of next week I will start using protien shakes post-workout and before bed. My story basically is that I was once 250lbs at 17 years of age, i fealt like every other over weight teenager. My weight made me horribly self consious and i truthfully hated myself. So i began running and doing abdominal excersizes plus pushups. I started the vegetarian diet and now i am down to 170 at 6'2. I am now in the end of my weightloss phase and am looking to increase my muscle size and definition.
I would very much enjoy a few pointers from anyone. I am open to all suggestions.
Thank you very much

Congrats on the weight loss man!
To build muscle you need protein...are you staying a vegetarian going forward and just rely on protein shakes?

As for definition, that is accomplished by lowering body fat

Thanks alot man
Basically what im planning on doing is getting out of the vegitarian diet, I mostly used that for the weightloss. Im planning on sticking with the protein shake after workouts and before bed.
And with the lowering body mass im guessing i should just add more cardio?

If you're doing cardio already I'd say stick to it, but seperate it from your workout (exception being maybe some slow cardio after weights). Don't bother increasing it just yet. At 6'2" and 170, I think you'll need some muscle mass for some definition. Look into some of the workout threads around here and find yourself a good workout. Also, try to get at least 1.5g of protein per lb of bodyweight (only count meats and dairy sources as whole protein sources, nuts and veggies have protein but they are incomplete). Try to add a leg workout in there (at least squats or something) b/c that will improve your core and give you better definition.
