The workouts are designed for 250lb pros with superior genetics, not for anyone that frequents this board, the claims the supplement companies make in their ads are just downright rediculous, however most of the diet info seems to be useful. I just like em for the pics of hot-ass womenz.

I read them occasionally to keep up on whats happening in the professional ranks of bodybuilding.
BUT, if you cut out the ads you are left with only about 15-20 pages - LOL! Yes, the dieting info can be good, but the training is whack and it is aimed not only for those 250 lbs genetic freaks, but also for someone who is on gear. Which is extremely misleading for all those 12 yr olds who pick up a mag and think they have found their new path in life, to be a 250 lb freak. |

If someone leaves one laying around in a waiting room, or near the cardio equipment in the gym, I'll read through it.
Otherwise, I've got better stuff to spend my $$ on than 48 pages of Muscletech ads. I am amused when I see guys carrying their FLEX magazine in the weightroom, running through one of the routines, like "How to get boulder shoulders like Ronnie Coleman". I will admit, 20 years ago - when I was in my very first phase of working out, I devoured FLEX and M&F every month and tried dozens of workouts. As of about 2003 - I haven't bought an issue or done a magazine workout. |

Kennedy also has a mag called Maximum Fitness, not sure if he owns it or not but I've picked it up from time to time...not terrible and certainly not loaded with the ads like Flex or MuscleMag...but it's still got the strange workouts and stuff.
