Bulking Diet Review please :)
Hello, to anyone that reads and replies with advice thank you in advance!
I am currently bulking, I have been training on and off for about 5 years and want to be bigger.
I would like to bulk to above 205lbs, possibly 210 and then see where I am at strength and health wise then reevaluate.
I workout 4-5 times a week. Starting off with 10 minutes on the bike followed by 10 mins of stretching and 5mins light shoulder work (bad shoulder) followed by medium lifting in the muscle I am going to work to get a sweat going.
My current stats are as follows:
Age: 23
Height: 6'2
Weight: 195
Lbs of BF: 24
BF %: 12.3%

My Meals and Supp and the times they are usually at:
Meal 1: 7:30am
Before food: 2 Zeus pills, 5g glutamine
6 egg whites
1 whole egg
1 package of prepackaged oatmeal (apple cin or brown sugar)
After food: Multi-Pak Vitamins
Meal 2: 10:00am
Half bell pepper (yellow, orange, or red)
6oz chicken breast
2 medium portabello mushrooms
1/4 cup of almonds
Meal 3: 12:00pm
6oz of lean ground pork

Meal 4: 3:00pm

1 medium baked potato
At bedtime around 11ish
50g protein IsoFlex
2 tablespoons of PB
2 Zeus pills
I want to add fruit into my diet as I eat basically none, and more variety with the vegetables. I am aiming for between 3600-4000 calories a day as well as add an EFA supp and possibly a fish oil or omega.
