For me, it's really weird. Some days I'll sweat a **** ton, and others hardly at all. It depends on how hot your body is getting. If you think its a sweat glandular problem, you would need to see a doctor...although I don't know what they can really do for you except maybe give you some pills. Other than that, jsut be happy your body appropriately cools you down and this will allow you to work that much harder. Grab a towel and hit it hard

You may want to pick up some extra Deo too. I do the same thing, I'll go to the gym and work my ass off and barely wet my forehead one day, but go in with the same intensity the next and walk out like I went through a waterpark. I depends on a lot of factors. Though I believe that if you are hydrating well and/or taking certain fatburners you will usually sweat more.

Are you just wearing a plain cotton shirt? If so, I suggest purchasing a fitness shirt that will wick the sweat away from your skin. Also, wear shorts (if you are not already).
I too am one of those people who sweat a lot, sometimes, it will happen without any intense physical work. Apparently if your body sweats a lot you are built to be athletic. The body realizes it needs to be cooled and starts cooling itself right away. |

I came on this thread because i was gonna post the same thing myself. I have been sweating like a pig recently, and recently i have really upped my training. My diet has improved and so has my water consumption.
I don't mind sweating in the gym because i know it means am working hard. Also i often think am sweating waterfalls and then i look in the mirror and it is not as bad as i thought. And compared to other people in the gym am pretty equal. I think a lot of this is because we sweat under our t-shirts etc. and other people cannot see it but we can feel it. My problem has been sweating at work and college. I get flustered and hot really quick, before any one else and will just start sweating! I am sure my body has a naturally high temp. Because i don't mind the cold at all.

if you are hydrated you sweat. If you are taking certian supps you sweat more. Its simple, keep drinking and keep sweating. Sweating is not a bad thing when working out, now if it is a problem all the time then could be something else. Just my 2 cents. I dont mean any offense, but seems alot of times people over analyze stuff. Maybe I am wrong, and not afraid to admit it. But it is not a complicated issue.
