Default cutting and bulking

hey guys quick question... i am nowhere near what i want to be and it will probably take awhile to get there but should i be bulking all the time until then or should i cut as well...i heard that when you cut you lose some muscle...or would it be alright if i just kept a constant cardio by running on a schedule.

It depends on your goals and what you want to achieve. For me I can put on mass and stay or even loose body fat while I'm bulking. To start eat a gram and and half of protein for each pound of body weight. Try to to stick to mostly complex carbs.

The best information I've found on gaining muscle while losing fat at the same time is carb cycling. Do a search here and it should dredge up some info on it.
