Default I need help

ok. Im new to this forum and I need some help. I hope I put this in the right topic group. Ok well I lift 4 times a week and I want to know what supplements I should take to get fast and lasting results. I was thinking about taking NO xplode prework out and then take either 100 whey protein or some kind of mass gainer(maybe like true mass) when Im doen. So can you guys help me and tell me if this will be good for me or tell me what I should change.
Thanks

Those aren't bad supplements, but if you want to put on mass you just have to eat enough food, lift hard and get enough sleep. Mass gainer is fairly expensive I think. The protein powder is good for post work out, but most of your protein should come from actual food.

Sorry, I didn't see that you told me last time. I didn't know it would be a big deal, but I won't do it again.

Sorry

Bro, I am not trying to yank your chain so if I offend you thats not my agenda.
You can clearly bring up an old thread and discuss it, thats not the issue.
The issue is that you always answer the original posters questions and you offer your feedback, and all the while, that poster is not here and hasnt been for months or years.

So it's confusing as others chime in with their advice to the said original poster as they dont realize that you just brought the thread back from a 2 year old death.

So if you want to discuss the topic of an old thread, why not just create a new thread for debate OR be more clear as to what is going and that you are answering to a post to a guy who is no longer here.
