I was at my local gym today for my "Dead" day and I over heard one guy telling another that cannabis lowers testosterone levels. Now, I don't advocate smoking pot but I do take some hits from time to time. Is this true? I know a lot of bigger guys who smoke all the time and they seem to have no problem putting on mass.

I overheard some older guys talking about this in the gym and I had never heard that before. It kind of freaked me out. I guess I just came on here to get some reassurance.

hey myles, i don't condone drugs but you've got bigger problems other than low test levels to worry about when it comes to smoking pot. if it were me, i'd try my best to steer clear of the stuff. if you do smoke pot once in a blue moon, as they say, then you're just using scare tactics on yourself. do what you do but just be aware of what you're doing to your body when you do it: whether it be harmful or beneficial. that's all anyone can really tell you.
