Default Looking at yourself in different mirrors

Does anyone have the syndrome where one mirror makes you look skinny and another makes you look bulky and cut and another makes you look bloated and uncut.I look at myself in about 3 or 4 different mirrors a day and this is how they differ for me.

Yep, it's the mirror itself.

I have a cheapy full length mirror I bought from Walmart for like $7.99.
The damn thing flexes in either direction or bowes in the middle in either direction. If the mirror is concaved a bit, or bowed outward, you will get a nice stocky version of yourself. However, if the mirror is slightly bowed inward, then you will become more lean, taller and skinnier..It's the side show circus mirror effect.

I love dressing room mirrors, they always seem to be flattering and have good overhead lighting, thats why stuff always looks better at the store on you than when you get it home

I am old and don't look in mirrors any more...

Nah! Just kidding. Our house doesn't have any full length mirrors at all. The only time I get a full length look is at the gym or in the Dojang. These 2 places have the big a$$ mirrors that don't flex too much. At home, I just have the thinner, more flexible 5' x 5' mirrors in the bathrooms. I don't really care what I look at but I will notice when some body part is lagging.

(we all notice those)
