SunnyInc. has a spectacular aura about
Default Posterior Deltoids

Would I work my posterior delts enough doing my pulls on my back day to not have to worry about them on my shoulder day? I usually have bench pulls, t-bar rows and even some seated row on my back days at the moment..

It depends on your routine, how you lift, how often you lift and how heavy you lift...

Using myself as an example:
I include rear delt work, regardless of my intense and heavy back work.

However, I do Back/Legs/Biceps on Mon & Thur and Chest/Shoulders/Triceps on Tue & Fri,
so I have to schedule rear delts with back days.

As you know, the rear delts are heavily involved in rows, pulls, etc and they are hardly at all involved what so ever in overhead presses. So to make sure my delts dont get overtrained I include rear delt work on back days as it wouldnt make sense to work them on Monday with my back work and then overtrain them the next day by working them again with shoulders.

throw in a few sets on both back and shoulder day, it can't hurt. Mine were lagging big time and started doing this a few months back, they have improved alot since then and I didn't go bonkers either. Some cable or db raises or on the pec machine!

I did a few of these today and really liked them. Just make sure your elbows are at shoulder height so you really feel it in your delts, and not in your back.
