New gym
My freind invited me to do are workout at a different gym today, just over the road from the one we train at. I thought why not because it just pay as you go and i had never been before. We met some of his mates there. It was awsome!
The gym is a hardcore bodybuilders gym. Trust me when i walked in i felt so small. Was proper bodybuilders there like i had never seen before. Every peice of equipment you would need. Posters of top bodybuilders all over the walls and proper music finally! I think i will be going there from now on.

That's awesome bro. I'm glad you found an establishment where you're in an environment that promotes hardcore training. That's only going to motivate you to keep you consistent and focused on your goals. As long as you're content, that's the only thing that matters. Reps

Id give my left one to find a hardcore gym around here... I'm SO SICK of this lame ass fitness club.
You would think SoCal would have more then like two right...? and maybe at least 1 that isn't an hour drive from LongBeach.

Not much I need in a gym
Barbell Power rack Some dumbells bench Other than that a really nice stereo system would be nice... but I always have my mp3 player.

The gym is called Pro Bodies and its in a town called Blackburn, Lancashire. Where you at pal?
