Default Personal Trainer Courses ?
I'm thinking of taking a personal trainer course but am not sure which one ?

I'm in Canada so I'm not sure what certificates the health clubs up here recognize.

I've looked into Canfit pro and the ISSA courses

any suggestions ?

Canfitpro is good so far. I'm doing the Nutrition/Wellness course atm. I'm not looking forward to the practical part of this. REALLY NERVOUS.

Not really looking for a career in this, its just really to educate myself and help to keep me motivated. Not sure if its working too well. I had some chocolate today. Dam
