Default Getting Naked in the Locker room...

KNOCK IT OFF!!!

Now don’t get me wrong, im not a homophobe, or insecure or any crap like that... I understand that people need to take showers after a WO and get dressed for work est est, and taking ones cloths off is just part of that transaction.

HOWEVER, THIS DOES NOT MEAN ITS OK TO STAND IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ****ING LOCKER ROOM WITH ONE FOOT PROPPED UP ON A CHAIR CHIT CHATTING WITH YOUR OTHER 70 YEAR OLD FRIENDS WITH YOUR WRINKLY OLD POUCH SWINGING IN THE BREEZE!

I mean I just don’t get it... YOU HAVE A TOWL HANGING OVER YOUR SHOULDER! Wrap that Mother ****er around your waist!

And one more thing, is it really necessary to put on socks... before putting on underwear?

Again, its not that I feel "gay" or any immature crap like that, it’s just a matter of common curtsey people!

I Was going to post this in the general discussion thread seeing as its not directly related to working out, but I came to the conclusion that this is far to important of a topic to be stuck down there.

O ya, one last thing, if your series of events in the locker room involves, Showering, drying off, getting dressed and then maybe relaxing and reading the newspaper for a while… READING THE NEWS PAPER SHOULD NEVER COME ANY PLACE BUT LAST!

Rant over, thank you…

Yeah, unfortunately there are people like that in every gym. What I can't stand is when some get undressed after just working out and sit their bare sweaty a*# right on the bench before getting up to go in the shower. It's nasty.

Also, guys that get out of the shower, knowing they have no towel and proceed to walk over to the paper towels and take about 100 of them to dry off. I have even seen some go under the automatic hand dryer. It's messed up.

Hahah

I don't shower at the gym because I hate dragging my elephant trunk on the floor which is really dirty. Plus when I'm carrying my shampoo+soap I don't have two free hands to lift it up. When I'm at home I use it for Bent Over Rows.

To me its just a matter of common curtsey, I don’t think asking someone to wrap a towel around themselves or maybe getting dressed BEFORE they start they start shaking up there PWO shake is to much to ask for… (uuuhhhhh)

Ya, you can turn and look the other way... but the damage is done.

Then tell them. Report them to the management. Do something! Where I used to work out, we had a ton of septagenarians in the locker room who all thought they "looked damn" good. Maybe they do in this state where Speedo still has a market, but it didn't bother me any. I just went in, showered, covered myself with a towel, changed, and left. Did I notice them? Yep. Did I care? Nope. Why? I have worked in correctional facilities, had to shower in large communial showers in college and at the beach. So, now that I am older, I really don't care what others do. If something sets me off, I let the offender know about it.

Maybe its just a generational issue then... When i was in high school the only times those showers EVER even got touched was spray the mud off your cleats or something like that. Do they even make kids shower after PE anymore? i know i never did, i dont even think we would have been allowed to if we wanted.

I am the only guy in my pe class that showers, and its mainly because I dont care at all. I really dont care what everyone does in the locker room as long as it doesnt get near me or in my way. if I have to bend down and get close to their stuff, that may be an issue, but it never has been, and I dont see the big thing, but hey, thats just me

Sounds like some insecurity issues here.

As for not showering after exercise wtf? Have you not heard of personal hygiene?

AHahaha! You got me fair and square Good one.

But the only thing I've done 10,000 reps of are hip thrusts, in the air of course. And while waiting for the bus.

Some of us live close to the gym. I work out, walk about a half mile home, then shower.

Why do you care if some people are insecure? Pics Achilles?

A healthy dose of insecurity keeps people humble. I hate nothing more than some jackass who walks around with their clothes off like they are a gift from God. Most of those jerks have crap for brains.

I don't mind somebody doing their business in a timely fashion, but when they try to turn things into a runway show, I'm going to get irritated.
