Default Looking for advice on routine

Hoping someone could offer some good advice on my workout routine.

I am 39 years old, 202lbs, 5'10" and have about a 17% bf. I've been dieting regularly now for about 3 months and am starting to see good results - thank GOD!

I recently bought some BSN products, NOXplode, Nitrix, Cellmass, Syntha 6.

My routine was the same for about 2 years. I'm NOT looking to get too big, just looking to tone up more while continuing to reduce BF.

My rountine is:
Monday
20 Min's of Cardio - am
Bench and Tri's -
Cardio - PM - 25 interval training - same on the other nights for Cardio

Tues
20 Min's of cardio am
Back and Bi's
Cardio

Wed
Shoulder and Legs

Thurs and Friday -would mostly be Cardio. I do AB work everyday just different excecises for them.

What I'm looking for is the following:

Is it okay to just do:
Chest on Monday's?

Legs and Shoulders - Tues

Tri's and Bi's - Wed

Back on Thurs?

I get mixed feedback on doing Bi's and Tri's on the same day - is that okay? Is it okay to do Shoulder's and Legs on the same day?

I'm "big-boned" and based on my current BF, I can "bulk up" pretty easy, lifting heavy, but I'm 39 and want to go more for tone.

For awhile I was super-setting just to burn more calories - but was wondering if I should continue super-setting? I still have more weight to lose, and I know that stronger I get, the more weight so I'll rephrase the weight loss and use, reduce Body Fat.

Hope I provided enough details for some good advice - if I provided too much, sorry.

Thanks in advance for feedback.
Myaghi.
