I think I got my form down, I'm having trouble losing my grip on my left hand though.
My grip in my left hand is significantly weaker because of my stroke and it's becoming harder to hold on to the bar. I've tried reverse grip and it was much worse for me. Lifting straps don't help much. I know I can lift more but don't because of my grip problem. Last thing I need is to drop the bar on my toes....OUCH Any suggestions ?

The only advice I can give if straps don't help is to just continue to rehab your grip. Ever tried those hand exercisers that work grip strength?
