Default Your Most Badass Meal

We all have one when we're gaining. Share your most epic meal of the week (or bi-weekly) you save for your favourite workout day (for me push day) and for some of you guys I know its leg day.

The meal is usually PWO, varying from 5 minutes right after to 2 hours right after WO, but at some point during your favourite training day, you love to just take a seat, relax and just devour this meal.

For me, this is dinner on push day (Fridays):
2 cans of tuna + a bit of mayo + lots of parsley
1 can of chick peas
3 potatoes
2 eggs
1 cup of veggies (Brocolli, carrots and beans)
Olive oil poured over it all and a bit of vinegar + pepper.

And it's washed down with 4 cups of orange juice

On lighter WO days, I usually cut out a potatoe. That's the meal I look forward to every Friday.

LOL sure.

This morning, I actually drank breakfast because I slept a bit later on accident.

CytoGainer, Oats, and BeneFiber in the blender, throw on some zero carb Hood.

150g of carbs
85g of protein

I also ate a couple of scrambled egg whites (estimating 2, maybe 3) with fat free cheese and a tortilla within 15 minutes of the above. Oh, and salsa.
30g carbs
20g protein

AT 9am, I had 12 of lean beef and the equivalent of 2 potatoes on top of 3 slices of toast and 3 slices of fat free cheese, plus 32oz of reduced fat chocolate milk. Oh, and I also had 2 of these little caramel pudding packets that are like 100 cals each. Great.

At about 1:30, I had an absolutely loaded Chipotle Burrito. Yes, I had cheese, double meat (beef and chicken), and the Guac. Would I recommend this? No way baby. But I'm lean and I want to hammer down for a few weeks. Not exactly a clean food at all, but I think I can handle it.

Worked out at almost 3. Drank a Mass Recovery there while I worked out. Had a brutal training session. Did about 8 sets of SLDL heavy (up to 495) at reps of 6-10. I did squats on Monday and could feel these. Did 100 pull ups in 6 sets, and the last 40 were with a 25lb plate hanging. Oh, I finished off with 6 sets of incline bench (most of the work was in the 385-425 range) and the sets were 3-6. If anyone wants me to explain my current workout regimen, I will, but it's pretty simple: heavy, intense, and few compound exercises.

4:30, ate another burrito, loaded. LOL Drank a CarboForce right before that.

In a few minutes, I'm going to down a pound of lean ground beef and about 2 cups of pasta that I've seasoned with fake butter and garlic. I also have another 32oz bottle of chocolate milk. It's really good.

I'll go to bed and drink a big ass muscle milk drink that will probably have 25-35g of fat and 55-60g of protein.

Again, I'm looking to put a little more size on in the next few weeks. I'm going to take a few weeks and lean out a bit the early part of next year, but ultimately, I want to be as lean at 265 as I am at 245 by June/July.

Not normally. I am now, because of that f'n chocolate milk. That's just a today thing, I saw it and wanted it. Oh, the Chipotle didn't help that either. But I don't (and won't) eat that stuff everyday. I looked terrible a minute ago from the bloat. lol I'm definitely sleeping with a shirt on tonight.

100 pullups in 6 sets, i wish i had that much endurance. I could do about30-35 in one set, but after that I can barely lift my arms.
